My Garmin running watch broke down, suddenly stoped and Garmin told me they don’t support or repair the device. Instead, they offered me a small discount on a new watch, but only on the model Garmin chooses, not the one I want. I think it’s time to switch brands as it seems I’ll have the same problem with the new watch in the future, or I’ll be forced to buy the model Garmin imposes on me. Pathetic
