Hi All,
Apologies for asking Forerunner 935 question in 945 thread but the 935 thread has been archived.
The altimeter on my 935 is very inaccurate and will typically be between 2 and 10 times the ascent and decent out from actual elevation changes (150m of ascent while I played football for example).
I have found other posts which have explained that each individual activity can be altered to change the source of elevation on the web browser so this has helped to alter activities post run to being tacked by GPS and map data.
Is there any way to alter the default so that activities use map information by default?
Will my watches issues with elevation be contributing to inaccuracies in other areas? I.e. predicted race times skewed due to it thinking I am running up and down hills all the time.
Any advice would be great, thank you!
