Garmin 945 sluggish loosing 10 seconds per minute

Garmin 945 sluggish loosing 10 seconds per minute.  What I've tried:

1. Uninstalling all Connect IQ apps
2. Performed a factory reset with data wipe
3. Enrolled in Beta software 13.70
4. Performed Sync

Nothing works.  Still loosing time.
