Where can I download the 13.40 beta?

Where can I download the 13.40 beta? I do not have the "Join Beta Software Program" link on my Garmin Connect. My HR sensor will go off and the blinkers stops blinking. The only way to revive it, is to connect the watch to Garmin Express and Sync.

    Don´t do it. Many people have problems with this version because the battery discharges prematurely.

    At this junction, I would try anything lol.
    My Sensor Hub version shows V22.09 when it works. The BMX:5.1.0 and WHR: 5.0.1.00 BUT it will only work for a while and then the green lights will stop blinking and after a manual watch reboot, the Sensor Hub version shows V0.00, BMX:0.0.0 (!) and WHR: 0.00.00

    Only way to bring it all back, is to sync any file with Garmin Express and then when the watch reboots, the green blinker will be alive.
    Really baffling...
