Show time and distance but not location

How do I set up Garmin to upload time, pace and distance but not location? My followers can certainly see that I run or workout but I want to keep the location secret. Is this possible?

It isn't possible. You can use privacy zones to hide up to 5 areas. They can overlap. If your entire track is within privacy zones no map will be visible for your followers.
