Why is my load ratio always at zero

So as it turns out the data looks right on the website but not in the app. I uninstalled but it still isn't working.

Different data in app and web often means that you are using two different accounts. Do you see your logged activities in both the app and the web?

I got the same problem bigeldm. The account is the same in both places.

The issue here is caused by a bug in Garmin Connect. You are not looking at the training load.  The graph shows load ratio which doesn't exist for Forerunner 945.

In the app click Training Status > 7-day training load > Training load. Then you will see the correct data.
