Steps don’t reset at midnight

I don’t think any further explanation is necessary. The step counter does not reset at midnight. How do I fix it?

  • I'm sorry to read about that! I'm not sure if this issue is still happening for you, but I would suggest the following: 

    1. Allow your watch to set the date and time automatically. You can find this setting from your watch's menu: Settings > System > Time > Set Time. 
    2. Follow the steps from this link to establish a fresh connection to your Connect app and phone's Settings. Make sure you follow the step to power cycle your device: Remove and Add a Device From the Garmin Connect App
