Elevation not accurate

I don’t know why only the forerunner is an option on this, but I have a fenix 7x pro and whenever I use the cycling/mtb feature the elevation gained/change during the ride is always way off. My old Apple Watch and forerunner 235 were always much better at tracking the change during the ride than the fenix for some reason. It’s been able to accurately tell me my elevation normally and when I would fly and It is always pretty accurate on my runs, but not biking. Here’s some examples of the same race from last year to this year. Last year I had to use an Apple Watch and it accurately got the elevation of around 31 meters and now I apparently climbed over 100 meters on the same course. I’ve restarted it what not, but still can’t figure out why it does it. Eventually I’ll get a bike cpu, but for now I want to get this straightened out.
