How do I stop the running program on my 945? I just want to run

My 945 keeps trying to give me training programs things to run to but I just want to press start and run. How do I switch this feature off? It's really frustrating.

In the suggested workout you press the start button and scroll down to Disable prompt. Then it will stop.
