sensor hub version 0

I believe this is a known issue already that most of my sensors are not working as of Feb 2024.

BMX: 0.0.0 (!)

WHR: 0.00.00

Sensor Hub: 0.00

I've updated to V13.0 and still getting rolled back to version 0 which results my sensors not to work

please help

I'm very sorry to hear about that. If attempting to update those versions using Garmin Express does not fix this, you will need to work with your local Garmin Support center for further steps. At this point you may need to have your device exchanged, and we cannot set that up through forums.

Yes. I met the same problem these days. Even if I reset my 245 watch and update its firmware through Garmin Express again, it can only work for a couple of hours.

Garmin is just desperately trying to get people buying new watches. I bought 945 2021 and it stopped working Beginning of 2023. Its such a shame that something like this bug or whatever it is ruins the whole purpose of the watch. I am literally only wearing it now for the time. Not gonna buy garmin again lol.
