Bluetooth or Ant+ for connecting Polar Verity Sense heart rate sensor to Garmin?

Hello everyone,

I have a Polar Verity Sense heart rate sensor, and I have the option to connect it to my Garmin device using either Bluetooth or Ant+. Could you please advise me on which of these connections would be better to use with my Garmin device?

I would appreciate any advice or experiences you can share. Thank you!

Check my recent post on this subject. Short story - 1) update VS to latest firmware in Flow app 2) Disable ANT+ in Flow App 3) Connect to VS via Bluetooth. I had issues with dropped connection when using ANT+.
