Is there a way to get credit on a two year old watch 945 that leaked water and no longer functioning?

My 945 is less than two year old and noticed that it was starting to leak around the edge of the display. I only lap swim with it. Is there a way to try and get credit for a new one? It is no not functioning after I discovered the leak two weeks ago

you wont get credit. they will offer a replacement unit (same model as FR945) - my replacement was brand new, unopened box.
