Please help with Forerunner 945, that was working perfectly since 2019... and since last week after I changed my phone, I can no longer pair the watch with Garmin Connect.
The Watch cannot pair with Garmin Connect (regardless of the phone and OS i tried):
Garmin connect starts the pair and the error occurs in the middle of the pairing process (after the code is entered)"Pairing Failed". When clicked retry, more of the same. All access requests, access is granted in both Android and IOS. The same result.

The Watch cannot synch with perfectly working Garmin Express (tested with other devices, which were added with no problem): The Garmin express finds the watch, and when clicked to add - the garmin express gives the ridiculous mesasge: "We're unable to add this device because our servers are unavailable at this time. Contact customer care"
The watch connects to Garmin webupdater, is recognised and affter clicking to update it says it is up to date.
When i enter my watch serial number in: support.garmin.com/.../ , the mesasge i recive is that garmin cannot recognise it ... even though that is the correct Serial Number present in the box, on the watch and in the Watch About section.

The Watch can connect to computer and file storrage can be mounted
The Watch works normally as sport watch, connects to GPS, HR strap... bike trainers etc.
The Watch pairs with the phone and other bluetooth devices

I tested without success
- Reset to default (via menue and via the key combination)
- Deleted the GarminDevice.xml from the Garmin folder and restarted the watch
- Removed the watch from paired history of bluetooth and tried again
- Restarted all devices and uninstalled Garmin Connect
- Created new garmin connect account and try to pair
- Downgraded the operating system to betas/Stable GCD via the GCD file (deployed successfully) but with same result
Garmin support, concluded that i need to buy a new watch. Anyway better ideas ?
