No longer syncing

hey, I didn't sync my watch for a week or so. And now it won't sync with my paired phone of bluetooth, not over wifi and not through the Garmin Express app on my Mac.

It says on the watch that it synced (very fast. Faster then I know it should take) but the latest activities and the steps I did do not show up in the app or on the website.

Is there a way to force it to do a full sync again?

  • emptying the cache on my mac and resyncing solved it. But sadly only todays data was saved. Last two weeks are missing now... oh well

  • Are the activities still on the watch? If so you can access the device drive (using Android device manager for Mac) and copy the fit files out and upload manually to GC or elsewhere.

  • I have the same problem. Sync is quick. But synced is only steps and floors. Others values like sleep data, HR, etc is not synced. GarminFR945+iPhone Garmin Connect. But if I connect watch via cable  a sync via Garmin Express it is OK and all data is synced.
    In the fact if a want sync e.g. night data I mus use Garmin express and cable.
    What is wrong with syncing via Garmin Connect? Any clue?
