After a long trouble
My watch is back to normal
After both attempts of pressing the buttons but to no avail
I called Garmin maintenance center but to no avail

The reason for ending up in test mode is because the down button is stuck in pressed state. If that occured you need to make it unstuck.

To exit test mode you hold the light button (top left) until it shuts down and then start it again.
