Forerunner 945 incorrect time and unable to pair via bluetooth.

Hello. My forerunner 945 ,software v 13.00 showing allways late time -5 to 10 minutes and cant pair it via bluetooth to my iphone. I have to synchronize it via GPS but allways after some time the clock is late... What should I do ?
