945 bluethooth not connecting to phone or any sensor

My 945 sudden went dead. No Bluetooth what so ever. Not connecting to phone, or heart rate band, etc etc etc. It seems the Bluetooth is not longer working. Plus the battery ir being drained in less than 1hr. I updated the 945 connecting to my laptop.

Any solutions? Fixes?
