Power/Watt and Running

Hello,

I have a 945 paired with HRMPro+, should I see Power statistics? I am under the impression I should but I have not been able to figure it out.

The 945 doesn't have native running power support. You need to install Garmin's Power Datafields from the IQ app store to see power.

Can I just take the defaults on the settings or do I need to go in and define all five zones?

But be aware the data is much to high. If you want real running power look for a styryd device.';-)
