A gear on the screen

Hello everyone,

I bought a Forerunner 945 yesterday, i download an update from Garmin Express with the USB cable.

But after that, a gear appeared on the screen of my watch and the download progress is blocked at the half. Even after 8 hours, the download progress is blocked at the half and i can't reset my watch.

I tried to hard reset with different method but in each case, when I restart my watch, a gear appeared on the screen.

And my computer and the Garmin express didn't recognize anymore my watch.

Is there a solution ?
