Forerunner 945 keeps rebooting every few minutes. Hard reset and factory reset didn't help.

Last time I charged my Garmin Forerunner 945 watch I found it turned off with black screen. First I thought that it's charging issue. But when I hard reset my watch I saw that it is 100% charged.

After hard reset watch stays turned on for a few seconds (few minutes at maximum) and then reboots.

I've tried factory reset, but the problem persists.

It looks like the watch doesn't reboot while connected to the PC with cable. But as soon as I disconnect, it reboots almost immediately.

Please, help me to resolve this issue.

Hello,

First of check you software updated or not? Try to clear cache and data and last perform master reset.

I've already done all of this, but problem still persists. What else can I do to fix it?

At this point, it sounds like you will need to reach out to your local Garmin Product Support agent directly.
