Activity not uploading to Garmin connect

Finished a triathlon and activity won’t upload to connect app, even after doing another activity which uploads successfully very frustrating. I just wanna compare my data to last years race

Any way you can do this for me? I just raced and the file wont upload :( I don't even know if this thread is still active. If it is, I will send the file

Sure.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.
