Watch Face On my 945 watch face; what are the four dots to the left of VO2 Max?

The display on my 945 shows VO2 Max and Recovery time. to the left of the VO2 Max # are 4 dots aligned vertical. Do they represent a fraction of the value like 46.2 ?. Not a big deal but it must represent something.

It is only some kind of scroll bar. Here you are at 3rd screen of after training summary out of 4 :)

You can use the lower left Buttons to scrollt up and down. U'll see a change of the fill dot when screen changes
