For the last week, every evening I receive a message "a restful day has speed up your recovery"
The problem is that "restful days" look something like this:
Does anyone else have same problem? It's not that it's a big deal, but somewhat wrong.

20...25, more or less the same during at least last few months
Heartrate zones correct, both from optical and chest HRM-strap at different runs. Nothing abnormal compared to previous weeks.
Training effect (aerobic, anaerobic), Exercise load -- everything looks pretty reasonable.
Age? Well, quite young, 47 y.o. ;)
The notification of recovery time improved , doesn't have to do with the workouts you did or didn't do... but the stress/recovery during the day otherwise. So you would want to look at the body battery and stress graphs in your daily summary for those days.
You can have an activity in the morning with 3 days recovery... but if you are resting more during the day compared to usual or just low stress in general I believe you will still get the popup on watch.
Thank you for the extended answer. However, all the metrics you mentioned were in the usual range.
In the end, I decided to see how the rest day will affect. Body Battery up to 90%, the lowest Stress Level - and for the first time in a week I did not see a 'Restful Day' notification in the evening :)
