Display glass inacceptably scratched

My son is proud owner of my „old“ Forerunner-945. Unfortunately, he now got serious scratches on its display glass.

My question now is, if anybody knows an address, where one could get the glass changed. According to GOOGLE, a service by Garmin for such a misfortune seems not to exist.

Are there any ideas or hints on how to get the problem solved??

I have many small scratches. Sooner or later I will try Polywatch. I am not sure if the glass has special coatings therefore I am not sure if it will destroy the glass.

If it doesn't work, good reason to buy a new watch (at least for me).

I have had scratches too and send ask the garmin support. I send my clock to them and get a refurbished for less money.
