Hr not working on 945

Hr not working on 945 have turned watch on and off but still not working

  • Check whether the Battery Saving mode is not on. Also check the settings Sensors & Accessories » Wrist Heart Rate » Status. If there is no problem in the settings, reset the watch to the factory defaults. If it does not help, contact the Support. 

  • What’s the best way to contact support, I’ve tried emailing, calling and dm on instagram, no reply for weeks.

  • When calling you have the direct feedback, so I'd suggest using the phone. Also check you spam box. The Support is typically quite responsive, and the replies usually do not take more than 2 business days.

    Make sure you removed the watch from the list of paired Bluetooth devices on your phone, before trying to pair it again through Garmin Connect.
