Multisport Fit File Repair

Hi everyone. I completed an ironman 70.3 and unable to sync my activity. I guess it is a corrupt fit file however the data on my watch seems fine. Repairing the file with the online repair tools is combining the three sports into one and outputting a garbled mess of data.

Can someone kindly help me with fixing the file? Thanks.

I will contact Garmin Support and raise a ticket. This is the second time this has happened and while a practice session can be discarded, not being able to upload an event stings bitterly!
