I might have found it. It is HRV in french: "variabilité de fréquence cardiaque"

Garmin usually never tells what functions are coming and don't add new functions to old models. It was a surprise that HRV status came to Fenix 6.

By extension, Fr945 users would also have the right to do so.

Right to do what by extension?

From my observations Garmin usually add new functions to watches for 2 generations back.

Fenix 6 is one generation back. Only Fenix 7 has come after it.

945 got 945 LTE and 955 released after it.

But 245 that got the same software as 945 only got 255 released after it so it is still just one generation back. If 245 will get new functions then 945 will also get it.

We are still lucky and the Garmin ones are good for Christmas. HRV for kings.
