Frozen notification

Good day. In the video in the attached link, the call notification is frozen. There is no way to remove it. Firmware 11.60 is installed in the watch. Turning the watch off and on didn't help either

Have you tried closing Garmin Connect on the phone? Also do a restart of the phone.

Thanks. restarting the phone cleared the notification.
