Stuck in this diagnostic screen

tried all of the reboot measures and slacked watch in warm water for 10 minutes as instructed by support

help?!

Have you tried connecting to Garmin Express?

No. I don’t know what Garmin Xpress is. The app on my iPhone is Garmin connect but the app no longer recognizes the watch.

It is the app on the computer. Connect the watch via the cable to the computer and download the Garmin Express App from the Garmin site.

This usually means that the down button is stuck since holding it down during boot will give you service mode.

When you press a button in service mode you should here a beep. Do you here that from each button?

If the down button is unstuck you hold the light button (top left) to power down and then power up with the same button and get to normal mode.

That’s exactly what it is - just can’t get the button to release. Thanks for your help!
