Hi! My cable to charge my Garmin does not work eventhough I have already cleaned the entrances to the watch. What can I do to solve this problem? Thanks in advance, Ane

Try and get hold of a new cable.

These cables aren't very durable. Get a new cable and test again, I had the same issue. You can also get them on Amazon.

I've had luck with the replacement generics on amazon, the puck style and the normal cord style. the connector seems to be what likely goes bad (have had two go bad - one garmin one generic)
