Forerunner 945 - Pulse OX and HR stopped working on August 6th.

Pulse OX and HR stopped working on August 6th. Which seems to means I do not get sleep data, respiration, intensity minutes etc. Interestingly I do get a HR graph on my running activities which is why I did not notice this problem until now. Any idea how to get it to work again? I have tried turning the watch off and back on. I am using software version 11.60.

Have you checked that the wrist heart rate is turned on in the settings?

Are you using a chest strap during your running activities?

Do a soft reset: Hold the light button (top left) until the watch turns off.

Yes, the wrist heart rate is turned on in the settings on the watch. In my running activities the heart rate information appears but when I look on the Garmin Connect app on my phone, I do not have any heart rate activity since August 6th. I do not use a chest trap during running I never have. I have tried a soft reset several times.

Interestingly, I just noticed that all data I am missing (Pulse OX, HR, sleep, respiration, intensity minutes, body battery, stress level) is on my watch, but not on my Garmin Connect app on my phone. So it is being recorded on my watch but for some reason it is not transferring to the app on my phone. Any idea why that is?

Thanks e7andy! The second one worked. I did lend my watch to my son who was doing a triathlon. Since the heart rate was still showing up on my runs which is where I mostly want to see it, I did not realize I was missing all the other data! Thanks again!
