I run today 42 Km and my training effect is "recovery".
I think that is wrong.
Anyone else still with this problem?

I agree with you. For me, 945 shows donkeys, and for women, even bigger ones for 955
I don't understand how my training status can be "regeneration" when yesterday I ran 7.49km, avg hrm 147bpm, pace was 5.42. And today 14.27km, avg hrm 155bpm, pace 6.17. The main advantage of "tempo" and today "vo2max"
You need to check how your values for VO2 max and training load are developing. A single run will not make much difference to the training status.
Do you mean you got "Recovery"?
That means that your training load is decreasing over time but your VO2 max should stay the same.
"Recovery: your lighter training load is allowing your body to recover, which is essential during extended periods of hard training. You can return to a higher training load when you feel ready."

My results appear correct and consistent with my training. I haven't done a lot in the last days due to business stuff and was in "recovery" mode. Today I did my first longer run and am now back in "maintaining" status since my Vo2Max remained identical. I also didn't have the problem before 11.60 was installed.
