is there a possibility to evaluate the production date by using the production code?

Could you explain your question a bit more? What is the "production date" and the "production code"?
I mean the code, that is at the backside of the watch.
You mean the serial number of the back of the watch. From that serial number you want to get the production date? Why do you want to do that?
Garmin can very likely do that, but that is not something we ordinary users can do.
