frustration with Garmin products

Good day.
I own a forerunner 945, edge 530, hrm pro and instinct 1.

I use Forerunner primarily to track activities, edge for cycling and instinct only at work.

I don't understand Garmin's policy.
I ride a bike with activity on edge + hrm pro, where I currently have a heart rate of 160 bpm and the clock shows 90 bpm.
And it doesn't matter if I have the hrm paired with the 945 or the edge, as long as I don't have an activity running on the watch, the heartbeats are completely different.
As soon as I turn on the activity even on the clock (without the belt), my heart rate is about the same.
How should I trust the body battery when I perform an activity without an active activity?

My wife already has her third watch from Garmin (vivoactive 3, vivoactive 4S, and currently Venu 2S) and on all three watches she has a higher heart rate when cardio activity is started than when she start activity walking, hiking, or running.

Next thing. I don't understand why Garmin can't synchronize the body battery value from one watch to another. When I work the night shift at work, Instinct shows me that I am running low, but when I change the clock to 945 in the morning, my body battery is almost full. (Instinct only at work)

I don't want to use just one device for everything. Edge is great for navigating your bike. 945 for running and any other activity, but I can't take them to work, since I work in a dirty environment (factory), so I use Instinct.
