Training Status - Not working & VO2 Max last updated over a month ago

Reaching out in the community forums because Garmin support is rubbish!

Has anyone else have/had this issue? My tranining status is "no status" annd running Vo2 Max hasn't updated since July.

I have at least 40 activities that meet the following:

Running activity must be 10 minutes or longer in length.
Activity must be recorded outdoors with a GPS signal.
Heart rate data from either a built-in optical heart rate sensor or from a chest strap
Heart rate must be elevated to at least 70% of your maximum heart rate for at least 10 minutes continuously.

945 software is 10.40

Restart the watch by holding the light button until it shuts down.

I have the same issue I discovered last week. Restart is also not solving the issue on my watch. Have had two more runs which meet the requirements after restarting but nothing changed. 11.1 installing right now, but the release notes don't suggest that this issue was solved

Do you see new VO2 max values on the watch? Do you see an updated 7 day load value on the watch?

no, nothing changed since the update. No Training load, no Vo2max update since 22nd of July and no race predictions

I have the same kind of issues since 13 th of august (Forerunner 945 with OS 11.1) :

- No VO2 max update

- No training status update

- The worth : A "ghost" VO2 max value the 13th of august much better than the real one ! No activitie associated this day., Where does this come from ?

If someone has an idea, thanks a lot !

You can get VO2 max from all day heart rate:

"Watches announced after April 2017 that feature an optical heart rate monitor are capable of generating VO2 max from all-day heart rate data. VO2 max generated from all-day heart rate will only show if you have not generated VO2 max from another source above, unless the all-day heart rate VO2 max is better than VO2 max generated from other sources."

The classic off/on again didn't help.

My watch restarted yesterday after installing 11.10. I haven't run since the update so I'll give it a go tomorrow.

The problem is that i sync 3 activities since the issues began 10 days ago. (1 run, 1 trail run, 1 road bike). The report is ok for the most parts (GPS, speed, heart rate etc.) but no VO2 max and training status update...

Do you have VO2 max enabled for trail run?

Do you have a power meter on the bike? It is a requirement for biking VO2 max.

Is there a report that details when the VO2 is recorded?

I use power meter on my bike, but the last vo2max for cycling says 7th August (I do at least 3 bike activities a week that would meet the requirements)
