Garmin 945 can't connect to S22+?

Hello

I use S22+ and still connect to Garmin 945 after every activity (biking, walking...). However, recently, after upgrading the system software of S22+, I can't connect as before, while connecting via USB cable to Garmin Express is still normal and connecting via bluetooth to iPad is also normal.

Have restarted both Garmin 945 and S22+ but still can't connect to sync.

Thanks

  • Have you removed the watch from bluetooth in the phone? Do that first and then add the watch again.

It is also important that you got the correct location setting in your Garmin account. Check that: https://www.garmin.com/account/profile

Make sure you also remove the watch from bluetooth in your iPad.

  • Thanks. I have been using the 945 for more than 3 years and sometimes encounter the above situation for no apparent reason. The requests you suggested have been fulfilled but still can't connect. Sometimes both iPad and phone can sync with 945, of course not at the same time

  • My S22+ upgraded to August release with no blips in connectivity to the 945 (or my Edge1030).  Since the 945 is connecting over BLE though, it's only going to connect to one device at a time as you've noted, but from experience I've had weird issues when trying to keep paired to both.  I'd stick with just the phone since you have that on you all the time.
