Garmin 945 Force Test mode

Ive had this issue the last few days, my garmin keeps entering this force test mode. I've done a soft and hard reset and nothing works. The power on button is working fine and does not appear to be stuck. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this. I'm lost with out the watch

    In order to enter the test mode you must:

    Switch off the watch
    Hold Down
    Whilst holding down, power up the watch with a prolonged press of the light button
    Keep Down held whilst Garmin is displayed.
    Eventually you get a nice diagnostic mode

    So my best guess is that the "stuck button" is the "down" button.

    Thanks for the reply. The button seems to be going in and out ok. Interestingly enough I was able to get it back onto the normal screen last night but the down button appeared to be not working. It then went into force text mode after a restart. Is there a fix for this this down button issue?

    Personally, i would try to press the button multiple times (not too hard, in order not to damage it).

    I don't have any other syggestions

    I put the watch in lukewarm water for about 10 minutes  and I pressed the down button every few minutes to try and free it up in case there was dirt in thr button. The watch was working fine for about an hour but now the down button has stopped working again.
