Emergency alert sms not sending on Android

Alerts work fine sending from watch but only emails sent from my android phone (S21) No SMS. Wife's iPhone alerts sends both sms and emails.

I did a test now with FR945 and Pixel 6 Pro and my contacts got both email and sms/text. Have you checked that your emergency contacts got a mobile number entered in the contact information?

Tag the mobile number as "Mobile" and make sure it got a country code.

I also have FR945. Numbers are there and correct. Email only goes. I also tested with a second number for work mobile..nope
