HRM-RUN no longer syncing with 945 after update

Hi all,

After last week's auto update to 9.60, my HRM-RUN no longer syncs to my watch. Neither does my wife's HRM-RUN which used to

Has anyone else had this? Is it easy to rollback the firmware?

Have you tried removing then adding the sensor from the list?

The problem can be also come from the HRM Run.

Check if the CR2032 battery has enough of energy.

The belt works when you wear it and sometimes it is not detect the electricity of your body, you need to humidify it with drops of water or your saliva.

Try to reconnect the belt on your watch after that.

All good tips, thanks. Sadly I've exhausted the belt being the issue. I've replaced the battery and have doused with water for better connection. One day they were working fine. The next day, kaput

i had similar issue, i had replaced the battery, but after few days, the HRM was out of battery, and replace again, and again. it was wonder why it not auto-off. it doesnt this issue before
