My altitude metre is incorrect on my Forerunner

 Hi

Do have any updates that I can install on my Forerunner to fix my faulty altitude metre? 

I have calibrate it, but it does not fix the problem.

    Hi,

    I had the same issue wit my FR945 after I updated to the new 9.60 software and to the new Sensor HUB software 18.02...

    I tried to restart, hard reset, and tried also to downgrade the software to the previous versions, without sucsess.

    At the and my watch was changed to a new one in guaratntee. I am using now a new watch with the newest softwares and with correct altitude measurement.

    (note: This was my 3rd altitude problem with forerunners. I am using my watches 3 times a week in a swimming pool. My feeling is that the swimming pool water with "clhorid" kills the watches after some month)
