I guess you've tried holdning the power button for more than 15 seconds just to be sure it isn't "just" frozen somehow and can be started after a "hard reset"?
Also, if this doesnt help, have you tried charging it and if so, is it still showing nothing?
If none of these help, I suggest contacting Garmin support.
