Watch Face meaning

Don't recognize the watch face but looks like the move bar. You should walk it out :)

Move bar. The watchface is called Crystal.

And thanks to Carmen_F we now know the watch face, obviously downloaded from Garmin Connect IQ. Where there is a description for all of the fields on the watchface.

Is it possible to read SMS on the whatch and how ?

You do that in the notifications widget. Press up or down button to go into the widget loop. Select the notifications widget or add it if it isn't already added.
