Received German version in the US. Should I be ok?

I ordered from Amazon US and I received the German version of the watch. Should I get the US version? Would there be any difference in features with regards to maps, software updates?

If it is indeed German, then you have European maps. I don't know about warranty, but all other features should be the same.
