Hello, i just wanna setup my heartrate based on my Lactate Threshold. There are so many Zone Ranges outthere somebody say Long endurance (Zone 2) = 85-90% LTHR other say Zone 2 is 81-89% LTHR...
Also i wanna know if my LTHR is 174bpm does it makes sence to sart Zone 5 at 174bpm, because over 174 iam in the anerobic range?
How you guys setup you Zones?
