I am on week 6 out of 17 with Jeff's half marathon plan. And this week on Tuesday, "he" has scheduled the same workout twice. Two speed intervals workouts in one day.
And with jeff, you only do three sessions per week and I still have the two remaining workouts planned later that week. So four workouts in one week.
That must be a bug? I was re-schedule some workouts last week, maybe that could have put things out of order this week? But that seems weird since I did all of my workouts, just on other days.
