My FR45 already update itself to 9.00 but GPS software stuck on 5.40

That's funny, I didn't even notice there was a newer version until I saw this post. Indeed it's also at 5.40 on my watch.
I found this note for the 245. I suspect it's similar here with the 945.
NOTE: 6.00 and 5.30 are the same version - 6.00 addresses certain part numbers/devices. If you do not see the 6.00 update and have 5.30, that is normal.

I'm still on 5.40 as well even though Garmin express tells me I'm up to date and I've already upgraded to 9.00.
