transfer gpx file from garmin connect to my forerunner 945 impossible

Which website are you trying to download the box file from?

i have already the file on my computer and it is a good file the trouble is beetween garmin connect and forerunner 945

This is how I do it:

1. Browse to https://connect.garmin.com/modern/courses
2. Click Import a bit down in that page.
3. Select the GPX and follow the wizard to save the course to Garmin Connect. It is good idea to rename it to something good if the name after import is not a good one.
4. Click the course (if you just imported it you probably already selected the course and don't need to click it) and finally click Send to Device (select the devices you wish to send to if you got multiple and uncheck Launch Garmin Express if you don't want to transfer the route that way)
5. Sync your watch with the app.

Send the course to device can also be done in the app under Training->Courses.

Click the link "Show everything" in the message if you don't see your course. Then click the course and Send to device.
