Forerunner 945 Time Display

Hi,

Just got a new Forerunner 945 out of the box today and the time is not displaying correctly.

Any fix suggestions ?

Hmm? Try resetting the watch since you're only on day 1 and won't lose much. If it persists, send it back.

Yeah tried a full reset and its still the same. Waiting to hear back from Garmin and see if they have a fix.... Thanks though

Does every screen display this way, or just the watch face? Has your watch been connected to Express and updated to the latest firmware?

No just the time display ! Every other screen is ok, this happens when the backlight goes out ! Yup latest software was updated too !

Definitely not normal. I'd be after an exchange immediately.
