Forrunner 945 Wrist Band - Skin Issues

I have skin issues from the wrist bands of my Garmin 945. I wore it 24/7 but now only use it during execise because of the skin issue.

I know I am not alone with this issue.

I had a 735 for years and wore it 24/7 and never had an issue.

What did you do different with the material for the wrist band for the 945? Did your manufacturer make a mistake when producing the bands?

Something is wrong here and you need top provide a fix ASAP.

If you feel your skin issues are due to the wrist band then you need to contact Garmin Support.

You can always buy a nylon one a'la Enduro, they are great!

I've had mine for approx 2 years and had noticed over the last 6 months if I kept the same band on, I was starting to get irritation.

I have QuickFit style bands, and now just pop on a different band ahead of a run, and swap back to a default black band afterwards, and get zero issues.

Maybe try that.

get a nylon strap, there is 22mm counterfeit Enduro on aliexpress or ebay. for a few bucks. Garmin makes Enduro only 26mm for Fenixes. I can wear it 24/7 and wash from time to time. Get more of them...

Try sanitizing it with isopropyl alcohol, and wash it with soap and water ever time you shower. I had the same issue as well, and this worked for me.
