I have done Garmin coach and loved having pre set workouts ready for me during the week to train for.
Now I am regularily just using todays suggestions but firstly I like some of those workouts and want to save them and secondly how do I find preset workouts like sprint runs to download to my watch. When I look for workouts in garmin it only gives me strength or muscle training...
I want ready run workouts without having Coach and the ability to save the workouts which I like in them....please help because i dont want to keep creating my own workouts all the time when the watch prepares them in todays suggestions anyway and I am sure there are some workouts I can find somewhere to donwload to my watch for running??
